Bananas are brain food. It says it right there in the udal effigy of mankind. We sprung from monkeys. Monkeys like bananas. Monkeys got man smart on bananas.
Are you questioning me?
Hey, I've had greater scientists than you tell me I wasn't smart enough to have crossed over from Neanderthal to mankind, and they were wrong too, buddy!
Bit seriously, bananas are definitely brain food. Everybody likes bananas. They come with their own carrying buy dimethylaminoethanol all wrapped up neatly in the skins God gave them. The reality is, you can carry them almost anywhere. In your pocket, they don't get squeeshy unless you sit on them. In your purse or in your briefcase is a great place for a banana. (Eat it before it turns black.)
Good humor raises the endorphins required to keep moving. If your banana tolerance isn't what it should be, then you probably don't laugh enough either. There's logic here, just wait a second and you'll see.
High carb/low fat foods beat brain savvy every time, because you need life altering energy to keep up the growth and activity required to maintain bulk dehydroepiandrosterone alertness. You really think I'm day dreaming here... Nope. I'm serious as a heart attack!
Carbs are critical for providing the kinds of energy the brain needs to perform. Fat isn't necessary and bogs down the brain, slowing it down so you'll need that power nap later. You need Bananas!
Besides, didn't your mama ever tell you an apple a day keeps the Doctor away? Well, right along with that apple, mama chimpanzee was telling here little purple butted offspring to eat the banana. So, hop to it, swing from a branch and grab your banana.
Oh, that udal effigy of mankind thing, keep that on the quiet... We don't want THAT information leaking out yet!
Peel me a nanner toss me a peanut...
